Step 1: register as a developer
Login //open.alibaba.com and registere developers
note: Need phone and email verification
Step 2: Create an app
Login //open.alibaba.com -> Console -> Create Application
Step 3:
Select “卖家->国际商家后台系统”and accord to the prompt application online
Step 4: apply for going online
