Access Guide
To get the authorization being a ISV (independent Software Vendor) on alibaba.com; please follow below 4 steps:
Step 1: Registered a member to get developer account

Step 2: Activate your developer account
Alibaba.com Sourcing transaction portal :
Normally, it takes 24 hours for Alibaba.com to approve you as a ISV (Independent Software Vendor); an email will be sent to notify you the result.
Step 3: Create your Application.
2 Options:
Option 1: Access Sourcing portal（http://my.open.taobao.com/common/applyIsv.htm?appTag=102&accessCode=91098B10EF64A9F5FAAF3D3D6230CF7A&language=eng）
Option 2: Visit //open.alibaba.com , get in from “Console”, find entrance of “Create Application”, you can create your application there.
Select the application label you authorized;
Create your application
Step 4: Manage your application and Launch your Application
1). Select“App Wizard”from “console”, and submit via “Apply for online”.
Then next step
2). Select“Submit for security scanning”, normally it may take about 2 hours to finish this security scanning. Then submit via “Next”
